The Honeywell HomMed Telehealth Monitoring system provides daily health status monitoring for chronically ill individuals in the comfort of their own home. In addition to biometric measurements the system also asks yes/no questions specific to the patient's health condition that provide clinicians with a better overall picture of the user's health.

Additional peripheral devices can be added - blood glucose meter, PT/INR device and a peak flow meter/FEV1.

Users have peace of mind knowing a clinician is monitoring their health every day and the comfort and independence of staying at home.
