Success We've Achieved

Since 1995, home telehealthcare has been our focus at INFORMATION FOR TOMORROW (IFT)...

We want to sell the "idea" of telehealth to our clients and report readers, and move it decisively from frontier status to a mainstream option for improved patient home care.

First step that we help our clients to take: address the care needs of the most challenging (and costly) patients in home care today. Hands down, these are patients living with multiple chronic diseases and conditions. New technologies for reaching out to these patients, curbing their costs, and improving their outcomes have been the focus of our research at IFT.

See a sample (click here) of what we've written for publication on home telehealth and its remarkable potential for improved care and reduced costs particularly for chronic disease patients.
